Delete your account or data

You can delete your account inside every Pulse app, or ask us here. Requests are completed within 30 days, free of charge.

Inside the app (fastest)

PulseHMIS, EduPulse, PulseRemit Pro, PulseProperty Pro, PulseStock: Settings → Privacy & account → Delete my account, then type your password. Your name, phone, e-mail and sign-in are erased at once.
Delete a whole organisation (hospital, school, institution, business): the owner / administrator uses Settings → Privacy & account → Delete the … data. Everything on that device is erased and we delete the cloud copy within 30 days.
Lwasa Ludo: Play online → menu → Delete account. Your e-mail, profile, coins, items and chat are deleted at once. Offline play uses no account.

The same steps work on Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac.

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you use with us, or call / WhatsApp +256 700 677 555. Tell us:

the app (for example PulseStock or Lwasa Ludo);
your username or e-mail address, and the name of your organisation if you use a business app;
whether to delete only your account or all of the organisation's data (owners only).

Deleted: your name, phone, e-mail, password and sign-in tokens; for Lwasa Ludo also your profile, coins, items and chat.
Kept by your organisation: business records you entered for it (sales, receipts, patient visits, school fees, transactions) belong to the organisation and stay with it, as record-keeping laws require. They show "Deleted user" instead of your name.
Backups: our cloud backups roll over within 30 days.
