Will updates ever erase our data?
No. EduPulse upgrades its database step by step with migrations and never replaces it, so your records carry forward through every update.
How do backups work?
Back up manually or on a schedule, as a database file or a ZIP that includes photos and documents, to Documents, the desktop, an external drive or USB. Before a restore, EduPulse confirms the administrator and takes an automatic safety backup.
Can we use terms or semesters?
Either. Choose Term 1–3 or Semester 1–2 per institution; nothing is hard-coded.
Can we bring in our existing student list?
Yes. Import from CSV or Excel: select the file, preview, map columns and validate. Errors are shown before anything is saved.
